These terms govern your use of the Fusion Food Delights website and the catering, charcoal BBQ, packaged meal and equipment rental services we provide. By using the site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Website use
The content on this site — text, images, menus, pricing and branding — is provided for informational purposes and remains our property. You may browse the site for personal, non-commercial use. Please do not copy, republish or misrepresent our content without written permission.
Inquiries and quotes
Prices shown on the site are starting points and may change based on your final menu, guest count, dietary requirements, location and event date. A quote is only binding once we confirm it in writing.
Bookings, deposits and payment
- Catering and rental bookings are confirmed once a deposit is received.
- Equipment rentals typically require a 30% deposit online, with the balance due on delivery.
- Final guest counts and menu changes must be confirmed at least 7 days before your event.
Cancellations
Cancellations made 14 or more days before your event are refunded in full, less any deposit already applied to food purchases. Cancellations inside 14 days may forfeit part or all of the deposit. We reserve the right to cancel due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, illness, supply issues); in that case, deposits are refunded in full.
Equipment rentals
Rental equipment remains our property. You are responsible for reasonable care while the equipment is with you and for any loss or damage beyond ordinary wear. Replacement costs will be invoiced separately.
Allergens and dietary needs
Our kitchen handles common allergens including nuts, dairy, gluten, shellfish and eggs. While we do our best to accommodate dietary needs (halal, vegetarian, gluten-free and more), we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Please let us know all dietary requirements when you book.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or our services.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
